GINGER SNAPS 
3/4 c. Mazola oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger

Roll in size of walnuts. Grease bottom of a glass - dip in sugar and flatten. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Note: Coconut or nuts may be added.
