SWEDISH HAM BALLS 
3 1/2 lbs. ground ham loaf
2 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water

Combine meat, crumbs, eggs and milk. Mix together well. Form into balls (1/4 cup each). Place in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over ham balls. Bake in oven, 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, basting frequently. Garnish with broiled pineapple slices. Ham balls should be placed in one layer close together.

Makes about 30 balls.
