FISH WITH SOUR CREAM 
3 lb. white fish fillets
salt and pepper

Season fish with salt and pepper. Place in shallow greased baking dish.

Sour Cream Sauce:

4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tbsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
ground pepper
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter in saucepan and remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Spread sauce over fish and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Sauce may be made ahead and kept refrigerated.
