BAKED FISH WITH SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. fish fillets
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Saute pepper and onion in the butter until soft. Salt and pepper fillets and place in pan. Spoon peppers and onion over fish. Spread sour cream over fish. Cover pan and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serves 4.
