STUFFED TOMATOES 
6 tomatoes
1/2 green pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Cut top from tomatoes. Remove pulp from tomatoes. Chop tomato pulp and green pepper; add Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste. Stuff tomatoes with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
