BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef round steak, cut thick
2 tbsp. butter, divided
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. sour cream
Hot cooked noodles
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Slice beef into thin strips. In skillet over high heat, saute in 1 tablespoon butter the meat, onion until beef is no longer pink.

Add and stir in soup and paprika. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Gently heat through. Serve over hot noodles and garnish with fresh parsley. Serves 6.
