BEEF & NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. noodles
6 green onions, chopped
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar

Brown beef with garlic. Add sugar, sauce and paste. Cook 3 minutes. Cook noodles. In blender combine green onions, cream cheese and sour cream. In greased casserole, layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheeses. Repeat and top with grated Cheddar. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 6-8 servings.
