BEEF - NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 bell peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. egg noodles
1 pt. tomato puree
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper

Brown beef in small amount of oil with onion and pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook 20 minutes until beef is done. Add tomato puree, soup, and noodles; stir as this cooks until it is tender.

Put in casserole and place cheese slices over top. Put in moderate oven to melt cheese and brown. Serves 4-6.
