ZEBRA BROWNIES | |
FILLING: 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 egg BROWNIES: 1/3 c. very HOT water 1/3 c. oil 1 egg 21 1/2 oz. family size Deluxe fudge brownie mix Oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom only of 13 x 9 inch pan. In small bowl, beat all filling ingredients until smooth; set aside. In large bowl, combine brownie ingredients, beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread half of batter in prepared pan. Pour filling mixture over batter, spreading to cover. Place spoonfuls of remaining batter on top of cream cheese, marble by pulling knife through batter in wide curves, turn pan and repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into bars and store in refrigerator. |
