ZEBRA PIE 
LAYER 1:
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and mash in 2-quart pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.

LAYER 2:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat with mixer until smooth. Spread over first layer evenly.

LAYER 3:
2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. whole milk

Beat until smooth and thick, 2-3 minutes. Spread over second layer.

LAYER 4:

Put balance of Cool Whip on top.
