ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix with pudding in it
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. coconut
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. nuts (almonds or pecans)

Mix cake mix as directed on cake mix. Bake in 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Then bring 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk to a quick boil. Melt marshmallows and stir in coconut. Pour over cakes.

Next, bring sugar, milk, and butter to a quick boil. Add chips. Stir until melted. Stir in nuts. Pour over cakes. Cake freezes very well.
