ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix w/pudding
1 1/2 c. Pet milk
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. pkg. coconut
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour jelly roll pan (11 x 17 x 1 inch). Prepare cake as directed and bake 15 minutes.

Melt marshmallows in 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar (remove from heat while still white and a little lumpy). Add coconut and mix and spread over hot cake. Bring to boil 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup milk and 1 stick butter. Remove from heat. Add chips and nuts. Stir until blended and spread over cake. Let cool.
