1 chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows
1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut

Mix cake mix according to package directions. Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine milk and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring just to a boil and add marshmallows. Stir until melted and add coconut. Pour over cake while both are hot.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. toasted almond slivers
