NO BAKE CHERRY BALLS 
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
25 maraschino cherries
Graham cracker crumbs

Cherries may be marinated in rum for 24 hours if desired. Cream butter, add sugar and blend well. Blend in extract. Add coconut. Shape dough into small balls with a cherry inside. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Chill and give time to blend or ripen. Yield 25 balls. They may be made ahead and frozen.
