MRS. C.'S CORN PUDDING 
1 can Del Monte cream style corn
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Butter (melt lump in bottom of casserole)

Mix eggs, sugar, salt and beat. Add half of corn. Mix flour in remaining half in can. Add to mixture. Mix can with milk and add to batter. Bake approximately 1 hour, depending on depth of pan in 350 degree oven. Center should be of custard consistency.
