HUNT'S MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 med. size onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce

GRAVY:

1/2 can Hunt's tomato sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar or molasses
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water

Lightly mix ingredients and form a loaf or 2 small loaves. Place in shallow pan or dish in a 350 degree oven. I cook mine in an iron frying pan. While the loaf starts to cook, mix the tart, sweet gravy.

Gravy: Pour over loaf in oven. Continue to bake for about 1 1/2 hours longer, basting often.
