SUNSET CHILI BEANS 
2 lbs. pinto beans, cleaned
1 c. onions
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Clean and wash pinto beans. Cook in slow cooker overnight on low until tender. Brown beef, onion, and seasonings. Add tomato sauces. Place beans into large stew pot and meat mixture. Cook additional 45 minutes over medium heat, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.
