TORTILLA AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese (or several sticks cheese)
1 can Ranch style beans
Chopped onion to taste
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet and drain; add beans.

Line casserole dish with 3-4 tortillas. Pour meat and bean mixture on tortillas. Grate cheese on top of this and sprinkle with onion. Add another layer of tortillas. Mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can Rotel tomatoes and use as next layer. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
