CHOW MEIN HOTDISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chow mein meat
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can beef stock or onion soup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
Cashew nuts

Brown meat (do not add salt); drain. Add rest of ingredients to meat. Sprinkle cashew nuts over top of casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
