QUICK AND EASY HOTDISH 
1 pkg. noodles
1 c. cooked meat such as chicken, beef, pork or turkey
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms, optional

Cook noodles in salt water. Rinse and let stand in colander. Cook celery, onion and green pepper in a little water for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper; do not drain. Add mushrooms, drained. Pour mixture over noodles; add 2 tablespoons butter. Stir and heat. Should be moist but not soupy. I often use leftover meat.
