SUGARFREE APPLE CRUNCH 
2 slices dry bread
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples, sliced
3/4 c. dietetic maple topping
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix toasted crumbs with butter, cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon allspice. Mix apples, lemon juice, maple topping and remaining allspice. Spread in greased baking dish. Cover with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
