COLD PEA SALAD 
1 lb. bag frozen peas (do not defrost or cook)
2 c. dairy sour cream
dash garlic salt
1 can salted peanuts

Make one day ahead. Mix peas and sour cream in a large bowl. Sprinkle with a dash of garlic salt. Cover and chill for 24 hours. Mix in peanuts just before serving.
