NUT GOODIE BARS | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1 c. peanut butter 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. vanilla pudding mix, regular 1/4 c. milk 3 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring 1 c. Spanish peanuts Melt the chocolate, butterscotch chips and the peanut butter together. Spread 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 buttered pan and cool. Bring butter, vanilla pudding mix, and milk to a light boil. Stir as it gently boils for 2 minutes. Now add the powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring. Spread over on cooled chocolate/butterscotch/peanut butter mixture. In other half of chocolate mixture add 1 cup Spanish peanuts and spread on top of the powdered sugar/pudding mixture. Cool and eat. Yum. Store in freezer. |
