OATMEAL BANANA MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. shortening, melted
3 mashed, ripe bananas
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal
1 egg, beaten

Sift dry ingredients. Add oatmeal; stir in milk, egg, shortening, and bananas. Grease muffin tin and bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees.
