CAKE COBBLER | |
1 stick butter, melted in bottom of 9 x 13 in. pan 1 lg. can of fruit or pie filling 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1 2/3 tsp. baking powder Dash of salt 2/3 c. milk Mix together sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and spices. Add milk. In the 9 x 13 inch pan with the melted butter add fruit. Pour cake mixture over the fruit. Do not stir. Bake cake mixture about 30 to 45 minutes. NOTE: Sprinkle some sugar over batter before baking if desired. |
