BREAKFAST FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread, cubed
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 eggs
1/3 c. maple syrup or waffle syrup
2 c. milk

Place half of bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Cube cream cheese and put on top of bread. Put rest of bread in. Combine eggs, syrup and milk. Pour mixture over bread. Let it set overnight, covered in refrigerator. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Serve with syrup.
