SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten
6 slices toast, buttered and cubed
1 lb. loose turkey sausage, browned
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients gently in large bowl. Pour into buttered 8 1/2 x 11 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes (if 8 inch square pan, 50 to 55 minutes). Cut into squares and serve.
