MIXED GARDEN PICKLES 
3 cucumbers (6 to 7 inches)
3 med. green peppers
1 c. cauliflower flowerettes
1/4 lb. fresh snap beans
8 sm. white onions
Salt
1 qt. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. mixed pickling spice

Score cucumber rinds with a fork but do not peel. Cut into fourths lengthwise and then into 3/4 inch chunks. Cut cauliflower into 1 inch pieces. Cut beans in 1 inch lengths. Peel onions. Combine all vegetables.
