1 lb. can sliced peaches 1 lb. can pears 1 lb. can fruit cocktail 1 lb. can pineapple chunks 1 lb. can mandarin oranges 1 c. shredded coconut 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 pt. sour cream 1 pt. heavy cream Drain fruit cans well, but reserve nectar. Add coconut and marshmallows. Slowly add half each of sour cream and heavy cream. You may not need all of them. If too dry, gradually add more of creams, and if still too dry, gradually add a little of reserved nectar. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. |
