1 box cake mix, yellow
2 eggs
1 stick butter

Mix and put in greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat 3 minutes and pour over cake mixture. Sprinkle on nuts. Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
