APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. apple butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
9" deep dish pie crust, unbaked

STREUSEL TOPPING:

3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 9 ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Combine Streusel ingredients. Sprinkle over hot pie.
