CREAMED BEETS 
4 to 5 med. beets
3 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Cook beets until tender and slip skins and mash coarsely. Mix in all ingredients and heat through over low heat or in microwave. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
