TEXAS HOT DOG SAUCE | |
1 lb. ground venison 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 1/2 tbsp. cumin 3 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. crushed red cayenne pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. minced onion 2 c. water Brown the venison in a heavy skillet. Use big enough skillet to hold all the above ingredients. When venison has been browned, add the above ingredients and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Spoon over cooked hot dogs or hamburger. |
