APRICOT CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 cans apricots
1 stick butter

Drain apricots. Mix sugar and cornstarch, pour over apricots. Dot with one stick of butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with 20 crushed Ritz crackers. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes at 375 degrees.
