APRICOT CHICKEN WITH TANGY SAUCE 
2 chicken breasts, split, skinned & boned
1 pkg. McCormick seasoning blend for chicken
1 c. dried apricot halves, or sliced peach, orange, nectarine or grapes
1 sm. frozen orange juice, thawed, undiluted

Wash and dry chicken breast halves. Sprinkle seasoning blend on both sides of breasts. Place in shallow casserole. Pour over orange juice and distribute apricot halves around the chicken pieces in the juice. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. No fat, no cholesterol. Actually I use 2 containers of juice when I make it for Ockie and me. Serves 4.
