MEAT LOAF WITH TANGY SAUCE 
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck

Mix all together well and spread into loaf pan. Spread tangy sauce over meat loaf and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Tangy Sauce:

1/4 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard

Combine 3 ingredients and mix together well.
