3 (8 oz.) cream cheese bars 5 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 pt. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Foil lined cupcake holders Cherries Blueberries Crushed pineapple, drained Have cream cheese room temperature. Whip eggs, sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla and cream cheese until creamy. Put mixture in foil-lined cupcake holders, 1/2-3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Mix sour cream, sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put mixture on top of cooled cakes. Bake again for 10-15 minutes. Top with crushed pineapple (drained), cherries and blueberries. |
