SEAFOOD AU GRATIN 
2 c. each cooked crab meat, lobster or shrimp
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. half & half cream
1/4 c. white wine
Parsley, pimento, salt and pepper to taste
Toasted slivered almonds

Melt butter. Stir in flour. Add milk and cream, stirring constantly until smooth. Add wine and seasonings. Fold sauce into seafood. Top with almonds. Heat 10-15 minutes at 300 degrees.
