HOLIDAY BUFFET 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. catsup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkgs. noodles
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook onions and green pepper in butter in large skillet until onions are transparent. Add beef, stir until browned. Add soup, catsup, salt, and pepper; simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend milk, cream cheese and lemon juice; add garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Add cream cheese mixture to noodles. Spread noodle mixture in 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Pour beef sauce on top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
