MUSHROOM MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. Pet milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water

Mix first 5 ingredients and shape into balls. Roll in flour and brown in shortening.

Place in baking dish, cover with cream of mushroom soup and water. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve over rice.
