SUPERB MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lg. ground pork
2 slightly beaten eggs
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix meat, eggs, cheese and seasonings; shape to 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown slowly on all sides in small amount of hot fat. Drain. Pour into soup, add water slowly, stirring to blend. Simmer uncovered 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving. Makes 6 servings.
