1 pkg. yeast 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 3 3/4 c. flour 1 stick butter Parmesan cheese Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and salt; stir with wooden spoon. Add flour; mix well after each cup. Turn dough onto floured counter. Knead. Pat dough in pan and cut. Let rise. Melt butter with enough cheese to suit your taste. Brush top of bread sticks. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
