AMEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 cups Minute Rice
1 13oz can Chicken Breast
2 bouillon cubes Chicken
1 16oz frozen California Blend Veggies
1 jar Tostitos Queso Blano Dip (I prefer medium)
2 cups water
garlic powder
minced onions
French's fried onions

Cook veggies until soft (not mushy)

Combine water, chicken, garlic powder and minced onions to taste in pan and slowly bring to bowl adding rice, covering and remove from heat.

After rice and veggies at done combine in casserole dish with the jar of Queso Blanco stirring until mixed. Top with French's fried onions and heat in oven at 325°F.

Serve as main entrée or as a side dish...warm flour tortillas is a nice touch. Enough for 4 adults.
