POPPY SEED CHICKEN | |
1 1/2 lb. cooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces 6 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 2 tbsp. butter Mix sour cream and soup and pour over cooked chicken pieces. Mix crumbs, poppy seeds and melted butter and sprinkle over top of chicken in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with rice pilaf. |
