CHICKEN POPPY SEED CASSEROLE 
4 lg. chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 stack packs Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. poppy seed
6 tbsp. melted butter

Boil chicken breasts about 20-30 minutes. Dice and cut chicken and put in bottom of baking dish. Mix sour cream and soups and pour over chicken. Mix Ritz crackers, poppy seed and butter and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
