POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chicken thighs & 1 pkg. chicken breast
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cube butter, melted
2 tsp. poppy seed

Cover chicken with water and cook until tender (30 minutes). Remove bones and cut into bite-size pieces. Put in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix sour cream and soup, and pour over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs, butter and poppy seeds. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes uncovered. Serve with rice.
