STOVE TOP OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 (3 to 4 lb.) whole fryer chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut up chicken. Roll pieces in flour. Combine egg and milk. Roll pieces in egg mixture. Then roll in the crushed Stove Top (may crush in food processor or use a rolling pin).

Place on baking sheet prepared with non-stick cooking spray (Pam) or foil. Melt butter, pour over the chicken.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, turn and bake an additional 30 minutes.
