MRS. SEE'S FUDGE 
Place the following in a large bowl:

3 sm. pkg. chocolate chips (approx. 24 oz.)
1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow creme (1 qt.)
1/2 lb. butter (2 sq.)
1 tbsp. vanilla

Boil together in a large pan:

4 1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. can evaporated milk, unsweetened

Bring to a boiling point that cannot be stirred down but on a medium heat so not to overcook. Boil 20 minutes, stirring constantly. (Be careful!)

Pour over mixture in a bowl. Mix well with spoon and then with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Makes 5 pounds.
