3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Combine chocolate chips, marshmallows cream, nuts, vanilla and butter together in large mixing bowl. In 3 quart pan, combine sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour over first mixture and stir well. Pour into buttered pan.
