3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped walnuts
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Do not cook! Boil sugar and evaporated milk briskly for 9 minutes. Add to first mixture and mix well. Pour into 9x13 inch buttered pan. Refrigerate.
